Chanukkah Chance Ministries is dedicated to the saving of children from abortion that belong to Christian women in California. It comes from a revelation of God and a mandate to save his children, one child at a time.
Six out of ten women that get an abortion in the United States are Christian women. I was made aware of this fact in February 2024, in answer to prayer as to why a judgment has been passed on this nation. The judgment was Isaiah 47.
The Lord gave me a commandment to start this ministry, according to the scripture of Hannah 1. He would like these children to be raised as ministers of the Lord within the house of God or a Godly, loving household of faith.
Our Mission
Chanukkah Chance seeks to partner retired and semi-retired Christian women with children of Christian women who are unable to care for them, but do not wish to abort them, but retain rights and connection, as they grow in service to the Lord.
The ministry is named after Chanukkah or Hanukkah, which means "dedication" and Chance after our grandson, Chance, because our daughter chose to give him a chance in life instead of abortion.
Chanukkah Ministers act as mentors, caregivers, and ministry Godparents to these children to train them in the ministry, gift them to serve the Lord, and perform extended family functions short-term or long-term.
Chanukkah Chance will also perform other ministry functions like homeschool support and in-home church events for children.
Chanukkah Ministers:
California has recently passed a bill, AB 495, allowing persons outside the immediate family to act as caregivers for children that have no parental support due to separation issues. God has opened this door for us to step into the breach for Christian children, in the place of abortion, whose parental desire is for them to be raised in a Christian household, by Christian family members or friends who believe the way they do.
Chanukkah Chance provides this place for children starting on day 1 to adulthood, utilizing powers of attorney and caregiver affidavits. We provide all necessities out of our own means with no state or federal funding or input. Based on love of God and our brethren.

Direct Action Events
Chanukkah Chance attends and participates in multiple pro-life events throughout California and across the United States. While our primary calling is to the Church—and specifically to Christian women who desire someone to raise their children—we remain active in the global fight to end abortion.
It is imperative for the Church of Jesus Christ in the United States to repent and take action against abortion. Scripture reminds us that we mirror the church of Ephesus described in the book of Revelation.
Failure to repent and turn away from sin will result in the removal of our lampstand, according to the Word contained therein.

How You Can Help
Chanukkah Chance is a flagship ministry with many opportunities to get involved and serve.
Ministry Opportunities
We are seeking Christian women who are retired or semi-retired, love children, and have a working knowledge of Scripture—both Old and New Testaments—who are willing to bring a child into their home or church to nurture and disciple them in the image of the Lord Jesus Christ.
No prior ministry experience is required, though it is a plus.
This is an ideal opportunity for a widow or divorcee.
We are also looking for pastors and church leaders who share this vision and would like to partner with us in this work.
